DELIVERY OPTIONS & PRICING

Important update on COVID-19 and delivery services: Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing some delays on our usual dispatch times due to our warehouse operations running at a reduced capacity to keep everyone safe, plus an increase in demand on the Australia Post delivery network. Please be assured that our team are working around the clock to process your orders as soon as possible!

Additionally, Australia Post is committed to continuing delivery throughout the network. They are continually enforcing new measures to help safeguard the community. All Australian Standard Post and Express Post orders will be delivered with Australia Post

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. All orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday as well as on Saturday, Sunday and/or public holidays will be dispatched within 3-4 business days. 

Once order is confirmed, you will receive confirmation email containing your order number. We will endeavour to send your items according to our delivery time frame. If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and during peak season delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to My Account/ Orders History section of our website, where you can find your order consignment number once it had been dispatched. Use your consignment number to track your parcel on Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

NOTE: When placing your order please provide an occupied delivery address as signature on delivery is required.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Currently offered to New Zealand only. It is complimentary on all orders over AU$150, subject to change. For orders under AU$150 standard flat rate of AU$15 will be charged at checkout.

Orders to New Zealand will be shipped with DHL. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%), however they may incur taxes and duties applied by the country of the recipient. Any import taxes and duties incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient.

In compliance with Australian Export regulations, we are obliged to declare exact value of all items ordered as well as mark them as dutiable "merchandise". It is prohibited by law to mark orders as ‘gift', regardless of circumstances. To obtain further information on your local import law, taxes and duties applicable, please contact your local customs office.
